ychangkim	8aca1e74f9	fix: prevent root-owned .cache files by adding --no-cache-dir to pip upgrade ... Running pip as root (runAsUser: 0) created /home/jovyan/.cache with root ownership, causing permission issues for the jovyan user at runtime.	2026-04-20 14:37:27 +09:00
